How to Make Pancit Bihon sa Bilao with Lechon Kawali

Pancit Bihon sa Bilao with Lechon Kawali Ingredients and Recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 60 ml cooking oil
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 pc red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 pc medium carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup Baguio beans
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 L pork stock, reserve from boiled liempo
  • 500 g bihon noodles, soaked in water
  • 6 tbsps soy sauce
  • 3 tbsps fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Ingredients for the lechon kawali:
500 g pork liempo
3 tbsps salt
1 pc red onion, chopped
1 L water
Oil for frying
