How to Make Maki Rolls

Maki Rolls Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients:

5 sheets nori
2 cups sushi rice
12o g tuna, slice into strips
1 pc cucumber, julienne
1 pc carrot, julienne
½ avocado, thinly sliced

2 cups sushi rice
6 pcs crabmeat, slice into strips
1 pc cucumber, julienne
½ mango, thinly sliced
Bamboo rolling Mat

1 tsp wasabi paste
¼ cup Japanese soy sauce

Ingredients for the sushi rice:
6 tbsps rice vinegar
2 tbsps white sugar
2 tsps salt
3 cups uncooked Japanese rice, washed and drained
4 cups water
