How to Make Japanese Garlic Sukiyaki Beef

Japanese Garlic Sukiyaki Beef  Ingredients and Procedure.

400 g beef kalitiran, sukiyaki cut
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
2 inches radish, peeled and grated
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsps dry sherry
¼ tsp spring onions, chopped

Ingredients for the Ponzu Sauce:
4 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsps rice vinegar
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ginger juice
2 tbsps fresh chives
