How to Make White Champorado

White Champorado

Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous rice, washed and drained
10 cups water
350 g white chocolate
½ cup white sugar
1 can evaporated milk
4 pcs dried fish
4 pcs dried squid
Chocolate syrup as needed
Oil for frying
