How to Make Veggie Siomai

Veggie Siomai

1 pc carrot, grated
1 pc singkamas
1 cup malunggay leaves, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc onion, chopped
1 pc egg, beaten
½ cup cornstarch
½ tbsp iodized salt
½ tbsp pepper
½ tbsp brown sugar
½ cup soy sauce
2 heads, cabbage (big size) 
Spring onions for twining the siomai

Ingredients for the dipping sauce:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pcs. Siling haba
3 tbsp cup soy sauce
3 pc calamansi, juiced
