How to Make Sinaing na Tulingan

Sinaing na Tulingan

Ingredients:
500 g tulingan / small tuna, cleaned and washed
2 tbsps rock salt
60 g pork fat, sliced into thin strips
½ tsp black pepper
½ tamarind juice
1 head garlic, minced
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 thumb ginger, chopped
3 pcs silinghaba
½ cup water


Ingredients or the tamarind juice:
100 g sampaloc fruit
1.2 cup water
