Seafood Pasta with Roasted Red Bell Peppers Sauce

Ingredients:

100 g shrimp, trimmed
100 g squid, cut into rings
100 g mussels, washed
150 g fish fillet
1 kilo linguine pasta, cooked
2 tbsps olive oil
1 pc white onion, chopped
Salt to taste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
3 pcs anchovies
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 cup red wine
2 cups roasted red bell peppers
1/8 tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp white sugar
Parmesan cheese grated
