How to Make Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken

Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken

1 kilo spaghetti, cooked (500 g uncooked)
Parmesan cheese for garnish
4 pcs tomatoes, quartered

Ingredients for the grilled chicken:
400 g chicken breast, skin off and boneless
2 tsps cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Olive oil as needed

Ingredients for the Pesto sauce:
3 cups fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
2 head garlic, chopped
4 tbsps pine nuts, toasted
2 cups olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp white sugar
Drop of green food coloring
½ c parmesan cheese
