Chicken Parmigiana with Pasta

2 chicken breasta halves, skinless
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 pc egg, beaten
60 g breadcrumbs
30 g tomato paste
250 ml tomato sauce
60 g mozzarella cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup water
Cooking oil for frying
500 g fettucine pasta
