How to Make Adobo sa Dilaw

Adobo sa Dilaw

250 g pork belly, cut into 2x2 inch cubes
500 g chicken thigh
1 head garlic, crushed
1 medium red onion, sliced
Cooking oil for sautéing
1 big yellow ginger or turmeric, cut into thin strips
½ tbsp. turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 cup white vinegar
