How to Make Special Chicken Afritada

Chicken Afritada

500 g chicken thigh
500 g chicken legs
150 g Spanish chorizo, minced
1 head garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, chopped
1 cup red wine
500 ml chicken broth
2 cups diced tomatoes, canned
3 tbsps tomato paste
½ tsp dried oregano
1 pc carrot, peeled and wedged
2 pcs potatoes, peeled and wedged
2 pcs bay leaves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste white sugar to taste
Fish sauce to taste
Olive oil for sautéing
