How to Make Steamed Mahi-mahi in Tausi Sauce

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- Steamed Mahi-mahi in Tausi Sauce

3 pc Mahi-mahi fillet
Cooking oil for sautéing
2 tbsps minced ginger
1 head garlic, minced
12 pcs spring onions, cut 2 inch lengthwise
2 tbsps blackbeans, wased and drained
6 pcs shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
¼ cup cooking wine

Ingredients for the Cornstarch Mixture:
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsps water
