Grilled Stuffed Pusit with Sisig

Ingredients for the sisig: 
500 g pork ear (boiled until tender and fry)
2 pcs red onion, minced
4 pcs chili fingers, deseeded and minced
5 tbsps mayonnaise
2 tbsps soy sauce
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
1 tbsp calamansi juice
Cooking oil as needed


Ingredients for the grilled stuffed squid:
4 pcs medium to large size squid, cleaned
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsps white sugar
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed
2 tbsps calamansi juice
Prepared sisig
Cooking oil for grilling
Toothpicks

Ingredients for the dipping sauce:
4 tbsps soy sauce
2 pcs red chili, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps calamansi juice
1 tbsp white sugar
