Ang mga paborito nating mga prutas na siyang ipangdiriwang natin sa ating mga kapistahan, matatagpuan sa Four Seasons juice na ito:

Idol sa Kusina Recipe- crispy seafood treat

Narito na ang recipe para sa crispy seafood treat na ginawa ni Chef Boy Logro last Sunday.

• 300g prawns, head and skin on, deveined
• 250g baby squid, cleaned
• 2 cups cornstarch
• oil for deep frying
• salt and pepper to taste

Lemon-vinegar sauce:

1 cup white vinegar

1 tsp fish sauce

1 lemon, juiced

1 tsp lemon rind

1 red onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 siling labuyo, minced

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp spring onion, chopped

1 tbsp cilantro, chopped 

Blended Ensalada:

3 tomatoes, diced

2 shallots, diced

1 tbsp fried garlic

1 green mango, cut into strips

1-2 finger chilis, minced

1 1/2 tbsp kinchay, minced

2 tbsp oil

patis to taste 

Dark Mayo/Oyster-Mayo dip:

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

pepper to taste

toasted sesame seeds for topping

Procedure:

Summer spring rolls

1. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.

2. Ilagay ang carrots at singkamas at kaunting pampalasa.

3. Ilagay ang hibe, haluin.

4. Idagdag ang tokwa hanggang sa maluto

5.Ilagay ang repolyo.

6. sa isang hiwalay na kawali, prituhin ang bihon hanggang lumutong.

7.Lutuin ang hoti sa loob ng isang minuto ay at itabi.

Para sa sauce

1. Magpakulo ng tubig, asukal at toyo sa isang pan.

2. Ttunawin ang cornstarch, pakuluin hanggang lumapot.

3. Pakuluin at palaputin ito gamit ang cornstarch.

5. I-marinate sa kare-kare sauce ang seafood, karne at gulay. 

6. Ihawin.

5. Pag malambot na ang mangga, hanguin ito at durugin sa isang puswelo.

6. Ibalik ang mashed mango bits sa nilulutong manok

7. Timplahan ito ng patis at paminta ayon sa panlasa.
