Kusina Master Recipe- Thick Spicy Beef Stew

Here's Kusina Master Recipe- Thick Spicy Beef Stew.

Procedure:
1. Combine all spice paste ingredients in a blender (processor) until smooth.
2. Heat oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry onions and spice paste over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add Beef, Tamarind Juice, sugar and salt to taste, then add turmeric leaves. Continue to stir constantly until is cooked and gravy is thickened.
4. Remove from heat, dish out and serve with rice.
